Role Summary

In this role, you will support clients as they discover travel options, organize trip details, and create personalized vacation plans that fit their preferences and lifestyle. You will assist travelers with a variety of experiences, including resort vacations, cruises, family getaways, group trips, and international adventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and expectations
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
  • Recommend travel options that align with client interests, timelines, and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating reservations, lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
  • Provide travel guidance and support throughout the planning process
  • Communicate with clients using phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual tools
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm availability and finalize travel arrangements
  • Track booking details, itinerary updates, and client requests
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, reservations, and travel documentation
  • Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Deliver professional and personalized service from initial inquiry through trip completion
Qualifications
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, sales, or service-based industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client needs
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-focused
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or many other approved regions
